How I Started: I started as a soccer player when I was about six and played throughout HS as well as wrestled for two years. Knew how to get in and stay in shape but never got my nutrition in synch with my exercising.
Why I Love It: I want to be as healthy and fit as possible so that nothing can stop me...
How I Stay Motivated: I have Diabetes, so nutrition and fitness go hand in hand.
BB Accomplishments: Lost a total of 25 lbs. in the past 8 months. Lowered my cholesterol, blood pressure and sugar as well in the process.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
10-12 reps 3-5 sets depending on what exercise.

90 seconds, enough o catch my breath but short enough to keep my heart rate up.

Like anything else, within reasonable levels. No I do not.
