How you doing mate, looking huge in that pic man. Sorry i did not get bak to you sooner. Not been on here much of lat5e. Traing is going well, just had a couple of weeks off. Felt that i needed a break to recharge the batteries and get my motivation back. Feeling very good now and ready to gain. How about yourself mate? Sounds good to me, i believe you will gain both size and strengh with the routine because you will be well recovered from your previous workout.

Yes thats right no competing this year, looking to blast on some more mass before starting a slow diet from January in the hope of retaining more mass. How about yourself. How is you training?

Great mate getting stronger every workout now and starting to hit new pb with most of my workouts. I am also starting to put my weight back on now which is helping my strengh. How about your training, what is your routine like now?

yes starting to get strong again and should be hitting new pb in the next couple of weeks and training is good. What about your training, how is it going.

Thanks mate, just missed out on top six but going to take next year off to gain more size and hit the stage again in 2010.
