Thanks man.... My tanning procedure changes, but for this upcoming show next week, I'm exfoliating 3 times, then applying 1 coat of pro-tan 4 nights in a row, lightly rinsing off excess in the morning, then on the day before, 1 coat of dream tan, then on day of, 1 coat of dream tan and touch-up on my face with dream tan... Hope this helps..
Sean, excellent news that you are preparing to compete once again. You kicked a$$ at your 1st comp so seeing you with additional lean mass is going to be cool. Continued success with your training and I'll stay in touch. -Jeff
Hey Sean, just stopping by to see how you are doing? I've been following a 12 week 5X5 plan, in week 9 now, and I am happy with my strength gains to date. -Jeff
Well Sean, your new approach will pay high dividends for sure when it's time to compete once again. I'm getting to where I want to be. I guess I have had 30+ years to put on fat so the time it's taking me to lower body fat while improving lean mass is taking more time. But I'm in no hurry. Again, awesome physique you have built m8! -Jeff
seant12345, your off-season pic is amazing. Solid slim waist, biceps outta this world, and wide lats and chest. And you you good too. Yeah. Stay focused.
Hey Sean, sorry for the long delay in seeing your updated pics. Your back, delts and arms look awesome! Excellent mass, shape, size and definition through out. I bet your legs especially your calves are massive and ripped up. So, what comp or comps do you have in your sights for '08? -Jeff
