When I Started: 2003
How I Started: being only 9 stone at 18yrs got me thinking that i needed to put weight on so i started messing around with weights for a couple of days a week.

but since 2003 have trained serious on a four day split and being very strict and at 23 am now around 12 stone in bw.
Why I Love It: just love the feeling and the rush of power and the pump i get at the end of a workkout. very addictive
How I Stay Motivated: by making small and sensible goals
BB Accomplishments: 1st place and best new comer in the NPA South East on 8th September 2007.

Thanks man.... My tanning procedure changes, but for this upcoming show next week, I'm exfoliating 3 times, then applying 1 coat of pro-tan 4 nights in a row, lightly rinsing off excess in the morning, then on the day before, 1 coat of dream tan, then on day of, 1 coat of dream tan and touch-up on my face with dream tan... Hope this helps..

Well Sean, your new approach will pay high dividends for sure when it's time to compete once again. I'm getting to where I want to be. I guess I have had 30+ years to put on fat so the time it's taking me to lower body fat while improving lean mass is taking more time. But I'm in no hurry.
