I'm doing well, Sean. I also have a bit of blubber now from off season training but I know that I have made some improvements to my quads, shoulders, and chest during the process. I am looking forward to Jan 1 when I can start cutting for spring and comps. Congrats with your pbs and lean muscle add, I know that you will rock again in contest condition! Are you planning to step on stage in 2010? -Jeff

Hey Sean, how are things going across the pond? I've been able to pack on 9 lbs of muscle in 12 weeks so I am going to try and add another few pounds before Jan 1 = contest diet time. -Jeff
Excellent progress to date, Sean! I'm at 176 lbs and my strength is also off the charts for me. At some point I'll update my BodySpace stats. Keep kickin' a$$ with your training and lets both have an awesome 2010 contest season!! -Jeff
Hey Sean, how are you doing? I'm starting to see gains in mass and measurements since starting the Scivation Tri-Phase training and CHA diet plan 5 weeks ago. I'm looking forward to competing again next season with more size and cuts. -Jeff
Thanks Sean!! yeah sometimes we need to takea break and recharge those batteries to comeback stronger. I am pusing really hard trying to gain some nice quality mass aiming for 270lbs this offseason and lean... So far so good new pics and measurements next week!
Hey Sean, I missed the lightweight cutoff by 4 lbs but I still ended up having a blast at the comp during the evening show. My future plans are to get as ripped & shredded as a top end middleweight and compete again March 2010. -Jeff
Hey Sean, I switched over to the hack squat machine from barbell squats to really hit my quads and it looks to be working. For my abs, it's all about diet for me so I have been changing up my carb loads to keep my metabolism burning to work away at the fat and water around my lower abs. BTW, cable crunches is my favorite abs & obliques training. Less than 4 weeks until comp time! -Jeff
wow ! sound kewl from you dude ... glad to hear that from you.. here, I just maintain my weight and keep do it. Actually, no time to do and prepare for school start ... but still motivated ..
