When I Started:
Sep, 2008
How I Started:
I was in great shape around the age of 19. Unfortunately I became lazy, occupied with work and everything, on top of going out and not watching eating habits i became very out of shape. I have friends that are bodybuilders and work out alot and love it. I decided to pursue a healthier lifestyle that would make me feel great, allow me to live longer and really strive towards a great goal. I met many people, continue to enjoy working out and creating new dishes, I am constantly learning new things and love noticing the change, and when people notice it, its even better. I love this lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
Its a lifestyle change, your ability to focus really strengthens. Seeing your body go through changes and others noticing and complimenting you makes one feel great. I love to see the strength increases and challenge myself to increase the weights weekly. I meet new people and really love helping anyone with tips to change their lifestyles as well. The high you get from competing is something i cant explain.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a few friends that are very much into it. They support me and work just as hard. I read alot of different diets, programs and tips every day. I watch routines, workouts and informational videos as much as i can. Knowing i am making a change is what motivates me... on top of some killer music and caffeine when its early in the a.m
To continue to live a healthy lifestyle. To promote the sport of bodybuilding and become the best i can be in the sport.
Goal (Long):
I want to continue to compete in contests. I want to ideally one day see 3/4 percent bodyfat. I want to increase my mass as best as i can. I would like to continue to help those who want to changes their lifestyles and are serious about it.

i was thinking about maybe just focusing on june but andrew will be back home in june and i was hoping to compete with him...so i'm going to try as hard as i can for april :)
Andrew's doing well...started his diet...I haven't been working out lately...I've had a fever but I'm getting back into it today because I finally don't have one. I'm worried I'm not going to make it in time for comp.
Right now my pre-wo is looking like: 3g Beta-Alanine, 3g Arginine, 3g Citrulline Malate, 250mg GABA, 2g Taurine, 200mg Caffeine, and 2g CEE. Mixed my Crystal Light. It's a work in progress, but it definitely works for pumps and energy!
I will admit I definitely started slacking when my joint pain flared up..I was really discouraged but the glucosamine is really working wonders and I am back on track as of this past weekend. I am so pumped...even more so now that I can see results in the pictures (since I can't tell in real life)
