How I Started:
Mostly Moderate Weightlifting and some Cardio, at first I just wanted to get lean than I started to see big bulky guys walking around the gym and realized I wanna be that guy, so I decided I should pump up and do some more cardio, I started to get serious.
Why I Love It:
Love bodybuilding because it makes me feel good boss! lol, i love it because it gives me a way to improve myself and show people...yea look at me now, i was short and chubby my whole life, I'm still short now and still kinda chubby, but now people respect me when I walk down the street, because of my "look".
How I Stay Motivated:
I watch video clips of pros. like jay cutler, ronnie coleman, gunter schlierkamp and I say to myself, 'if i just keep at it, i'll look like them one day' and also to show my body off every chance i get and make people jealous, lol.

To look like Mariusz Pudzianowski (Google Him)
Goal (Long):
I want to have the body of Mariusz Pudzianowski because he's really muscular but also lean at the same time. He's not like the other strongmen who have fat along with their muscles, he does cardio, he's one of the top strongman probably because he does alot of cardio because it gives him endurance. Mr. Olympia type guys although look kool are just to bulky and Mariusz Pudzianowski has more of a leaner more athletic type look.
