Competition is the only way to stay motivated! Showing my muscles off, make a show on music, posing and posedown, people applauses: it's so gooood!!! And always being better than even ;-)

Thanks so very much for the nice and encouraging comment! My prep is into week 3 , I won't prep as long as usual since I controled my rebound after my show in may so i "only" gained 12 -15 lbs I'm focused even if I know I won't place since it's non tested and I'm now natural but I focus on an insane conditionning and hope it will help to place top 10. Thanks for caring it really helps
Depends on your definition of ready.... For what goals i set out for to achieve this year. The improvements i wanted Yes... Next years game plan is already beginning to come together and more improvements will come. After ten years off 6 months is just the beginning of the journey.
