I just started working out. I am not overweight by any means, I have a naturally fit body but I want to gain more muscle mass, I dont want to be super swole but I want to be in model shape!
Why I Love It:
I like the sense of accomplishment that comes after every workout and I like trying to reach a goal and being fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding.com and my workout crew.
BB Accomplishments:
I started working out in june and gained a good 22 pounds of mass in a 6 month period great start!

To gain as much muscle mass as possible throughout my entire body.. and be ready to cut down and lean out by jan 2010 and keep my overall weight at about 195-200.. got my work cut out!!
