How I Started:
I originally got started in highschool always wanting to become a professional, i just love the look its a look of hardwork and endurance, im very motivated in everything i do and i thought it one of lifes ultimate challenges
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes you feel, the way it makes you look and act its like a personal buzz and you never want/need any of the bad things in life like alcohol etc once you start. With my job i used to get very highstrung and lots of stress was related (collections/repair etc) at the end of the day working out relieved the headaches & the stress and let me positively target any agression i had throughout the day into a good workout with positive outcomes. Now it has grown on me as a habit and i love continuing
How I Stay Motivated:
I had friends who went daily with me and if i missed a day they got on me keeping me up, 2 hours a day wont kill you, keep at it and the results rock! i want to beat my friends as well as i never again want to look the way i have in the past, best motivational tools in the world
BB Accomplishments:
i started at 34% bodyfat after a bad divorce taken for everything cheated on etc, i took this as a motivational tool to go from 250 lbs down to 219 now and 17% bodyfat still a lot of work but WOW that was only a year ago!!!
