How I Started:
Well i have always been interested in weights training! I first became interested in resistance training in 2003, i was a serious rugby player and as i moved up to better teams aswell as playing state rugby, i was one of the smaller players on the field. Weights training helped me become stronger and faster on the field.
Why I Love It:
I am currently a personal trainer at Surge Health and Fitness in Australia. I live for the pump after every session and i find it to be a great confidence booster.

I am current dieting, i have been for 10 weeks solid, i have dropped 8% body fat, i have a short term goal of reaching 7% body fat. I have an ultimate goal of entering my 1st body comp. beginning of next year 2010.

Monday - Chest + Calves
Tuesday - Back + Rear Delts

All weights are done in the afternoon to ensure i have had atleast 5 meals in already. I do cardio about 5 times per week ( 30mins @ approx. 130 - 155 BPM ).
