If you are interested in not only getting rid of bodyfat but also getting into great shape I suggest you check out the 12-week Body for Life program. It is a body transformation program that along with weightlifting and cardio routines gives you a great nutrition plan. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat both in just 12 weeks by following Body for Life. Let us know if you would like more info.
