How I Started:
Push-ups sit-ups to keep from getting a beer belly. The more I started doing, the better I felt. Started lifting, slowly getting stronger, bigger and defining my body, now I lift to feel like the day is normal can't go a day with out it. If I do it is because I can't hardly get up, let alone lift.
Why I Love It:
I Love being able to move weight with ease that is too heavy for everybody else. It feels so good, getting stronger and pushing through what was too heavy the week or month before.

seanbell changed Body Fat from 16.5% to 10%, a loss of 6.5 percentage points in 56 days
thast pretty heavy.lots of eating. I had to eat like a pig to get to 130. next bulking phase will be 140. I try to do it without ever looking fat. I do modeling, so I can never be too far off the mark. I will drop at least 10 over the next month.
Well I can't motivate you as much as your very gorgeous lady friends here, but anyway.., I'm sure you'll get those fab abs in no time w/determination, diet and whatcha been doin...liftin'.
