How I Started:
I got started working out and lifting weights in high school. I enjoyed the transformation my body was going through and have loved lifting weights ever since.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy working out because it keeps me healthy, confident, and motivated to change my physique
How I Stay Motivated:
I have tons of bodybuilding tapes so I tend to pop those in the VCR and DVD players as well as reading a lot of bodybuilding magazines. In addition, Bodyspace.com has proven to be a great source of motivation for me.

If they ask, i'll inform them...However, I find more of my friends and family asking me for advice about how they can lose weight and get in shape.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Be consistant, be dedicated, and be PATIENT!!! If you notice patient is capitalize because a lot of people give up when they don't see the results they want quickly. How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I try and keep it between 8 - 12 reps, I'm not trying to get super strong...I care more about stimulating the muscle...the strength will come with time and consistancy in the gym.
