How I Started:
I began bodybuilding when,they decided to build a planet fitness down the street from my house.so iI decided to start working out.Then I began to started to make gains,therefore I decided to see how far I could take it.Then I n my freshman year of high school,I joined the weightlifting team.which has make my progress steadly increase ever since.I am also planning to compete in the mid-florida amature bodybuilding competition next july.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being under a weight that is extremely close to my max,then taking and lifting it up and down rep after rep,till my muscle will not allow another rep.I also love the feeling of walking up to the clean and jerk platform ,and look at the mountain of weight before me,and know that I must get the weight up.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because everyday is a new day and a new workout and weights being lifted.either heavier or just for more reps.the feeling of walking up to the weight and know that you have never attempted this magnatude of weight,other then just in their dreams.
BB Accomplishments:
bench 240 squat 405 (2007)current 375 deadlift 420 (bumper plates) 115lb dips for set of 10 clean and jerk 220lbs snatch 150lbs to create the best body that I can possibly achieve.I also hope to when the 2010 mid-Florida Bodybuilding championship
