I started working out probably around 2001, about a year after graduating high school. My older brother actually got me into it, and I've enjoyed it since then.
Why I Love It:

Workout Program:
I do a 4 day split workout, without cardio everyday. I have been doing this since the first of july roughly.

Day 1: shoulders,traps

Day 2: back,lats,bis

Day 3: chest,tris

Day 4: legs,abs

1.5 to 2.5 miles jogging on a treadmill before each workout
