I always have been athletic... middle school track/football, high school Marines JROTC/track ... college beer hhrrmm i mean the gym
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel and look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
At this point it's kind of second nature, but when I do get down I just go watch Rocky or some UFC fighting :D

Didn't see the other message haha. I just did the first week, doing classic. I still need a pull up bar so I'm going to get one asap. Not sure if I want the one that is just a bar or the one that hangs under to the other side of the door and stands out a foot.
