To improve my appearance, the way I feel, and TO REDUCE STRESS.
Why I Love It:
I love the euphoric feeling after working out. My head is clear, my muscles pumped, and I am ready for world.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading workout articles in Planet Muscle and bodybuilding.com, of course.
