after viewing her 2008 western all forces Body building and figure championships photos , I am absolutely convinced that she will be a IFBB pro Figure competitor. Over coming her devastating Injuries and rehab has been very hard on her and her fammily. But I can't discredit her incomprehensible effort to keep going and reach her apparent goal. she has been a outstanding new friend on this wesite and this inspires me to train harder. keep up the smile young lady.
Had a nice workout with altanta water Jocks at 05:45 am pool was somewhat cool , I had to work at Emory 7am to 7pm meet a 102 year old women today In the ER she wants to get in the pool when she feeling better . your nvere to old to swim.
I usually take nitrix before lifting and jump rope between sets. Planning on changing to the arginine in powder form now. I only eat grapefruit (helps burn fat)or watermelon (has arginine)before workouts. Oh, and mix frozen berries in shakes sometimes. Try to stay away from fruits because of the sugar. Need to increase my vegetables intake.
Just had 1/2 cup dry measured oatmeal with one white egg. Just cooked sweet potato for work. Workout chest and squads and pushups between sets to keep heart rate up. jijijijiji
Uh, bought me some Roller skates about 6 years ago and I havent even use them. Feel like I am too old for that. I would love to go to NY and ice skate at the Rockefeller Plaza in NY or whatever that park is call.

Started running up hill on the treadmill. Only once a week. When Mike sees me and we talk about the injuries he might be able to adjust my cardio. He has me running a lot and I am not seeing fast results because I cant run that much, sooooo......
First week of Dec going to Mike Davis Fitness Camp in Ohio. Realllllyyyyy looking forward to it. Considering a show on 2/6 and another one 3/13. We will see what he says when he sees my physique. I might need more time. Dont know.
I know that was aweful. But you know, there where clues and hints that the soldier had problems and the leadership fail to act on them. Sometimes we need to spend a little bit more time on soldiers life outside of work to understand what goes thru their minds to avoid all that. 30 plus? 1 is too many. Uh, I want to go to Australia....
