Overall Goal: I have changed this goal some. I would still like to drop weight but instead of hitting 200lb I would just like to hit 8% bodyfat, while keeping my size. What ever weight that makes me as long as I am ripped!!!

How I Started:
I have tinkered with it since I was 16, I have never been serious until I decided to join the Florida State troopers. I have since decided because of the economy to hold off on the law enforcement career. I am still motivated to kill the fat and stay in shape
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get after a work out.

I am so stoked right now. I feel changes and see results. I now am even tinkering with the Idea that I might be able to get into comp. condition.

Goal (Long):
I want to turn 80 with people thinking I am 60. I want to live long but more importantly I want to live well. Well since I have surpassed my first goal of 15% bodyfat I am on to a new goal of 8%. I am so excited!!!I surpassed the 30lb goal and have added 10 more pounds which will bring me to 220lb. at that point I want to ensure the 8% to 10% body fat.

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
good lighting and low crowd. avoid being the only one in the gym. some of the 24 hour gyms put you there alone. you should always have someone with you incase you find yourself in trouble.
