After the back strains (twice) and staph infection, I'm now back to 100% level of training but with a new approach. I'm now trying to control my overtraining by limiting the number of times I exercise a week; especially when I road bike. I'm eating during my breaks as well, and I've felt...
Awesome job with your physique, Richard! Excellent mass, definition and symmetry. You must also be a cyclist with those legs? Keep blastin' the iron! -Jeff

One great physique on the way, solid muscle and definition throughout. Great job on traps, chesy, abs and legs just to name a few. You'll have no probs getting on that stage soon. Andre
Today, I did my hour's worth of cardio and came home and had an MRP. I've been eating clean for the last month and a half and doing a split training regimen that's been working well. Tomorrow, I'll do cardio in the morning and hit the pecs in the PM.
