I got tired of looking fat in pictures, so I asked a friend of mine to help me out. He showed me this website and got me started.
Why I Love It:
I love the results. Even if the scale is not moving people can always tell if you are working out. You just look and feel better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music! I started downloading anything with a beat. I found that certain songs really get me in the mood. My other big motivator is reading other users profiles in the transformation page. I read their stories and see the before and after pictures and think Wow! This just goes to show anyone can do it!

Goal (Long):
I have always wanted a body like those on the cover of mens fitness. Muscular and toned. I has always been a battle since I love food, lol. I would love to learn how to lead a healthier lifestyle and embrace moderation. Additionally I work on getting a full nights sleep instead of staying up all night.
This member seems very active towards his listeners. He seems to respond to their questions and motivates others with comments. His profile and pictures are truly motivating.
This is a workout plan that a good friend started me off with. Up until now I have never lifted weights before so we started off with a simple full body workout. Initionally, I would use what ever amount of weight I could comfortably lift with out hurting myself. My main concern was form, ...

I would also like to offer a tip about the high cholesterol. If you can get them over in Iraq eat 1 serving of raw walnuts after each meal. They are supposed to be real good for raising good cholestrol levels and lowering the bad.
