  • Thanks guys. It was Bloody awesome! Nothing like traveling through 3rd world countries to give us perspective in the western world. I stayed in hotels with fitness facilities for most the time except in Cambodia so I didn't get too depressed. lol. The funniest thing was having people grab at my arms every day. Walking down the street and into shops, dudes would come up and tell me they like my muscles and grab my biceps. I confirmed they were all straight too ;-) Great for the ego! haha

ammonblack I start at 12 weeks out and ease into it. 10 days before the show I will swith my range up a little higher and a litle lighter and I go really slow and pause. I up my posing practice . Peak week I'll front load on my carbs and then have three low days, Wed 30% up from a normal carb day, Thursday 20%, Friday 10%. Eat some fats Thursday and Friday and before I get on stage.
