Workout Program:
I don't really have a set schedule. It depends on what I feel like doing.Although I try to work different body parts each day, with about 2 days off.
Usually Bi,s and Tri,s one day. then Chest;Back;Shoulders; with legs most of the time on Sundays. I will work smaller muscle groups, like Abs,calves and Forearms in one of the days when I feel like it. I am going to start working those smaller groups in more often, as well as legs because those are what I feel that I need to bring up.
