When I Started:
How I Started:
I have been working out off and on since I was about 10 or 11.I think reading Comic books got me started. I wanted to look like the Superheroes.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump and it makes me feel so much better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have some times when I get busy at work and may miss a month or 2. I have found that if pick up a Muscle and Fitness or Flex, it gets me back in the spirit of things.
BB Accomplishments:
I really have not had any.I have dreamed about maybe competing, but would like to go to some shows, meet some others etc. first. Maybe 43 is just too old to get started?
I have farted around the last few weeks and I am sick and tired of it. I am hitting it full out, hardcore starting tomorrow. I worked chest some this morning, but this afternoon is the Superbowl (got to have food and beer). Tommorow I am making a promise; I'm, going at it 100%%%.
I don't really have a set schedule. It depends on what I feel like doing.Although I try to work different body parts each day, with about 2 days off.
Usually Bi,s and Tri,s one day. then Chest;Back;Shoulders; with legs most of the time on Sundays. I will work smaller muscle groups, like...
Hope your family gets back to normal as quickly as possible. Job changes do cause resets. Just keep plugging away. You've done so well to date, I foresee you coming back better than ever!
hahahaha NOOOOOOOO WAYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!! Go TITANS!!!! :D they have been my team since they moved to Tennessee from Houston.... hhahha- football... is well.. life! :) (can u tell I'm a football addict?!?!? :) )
As bodybuilders will tell ya, scales & tapes aren't everything. Looking in the mirror can be as good of a measure of your progress as anything. From the photographs, you've definitely improved :)
