Ive always loved and admired the amazing bodies of Arnold, Lee Priest, and many others. Its the hardest sport out there and takes more dedication then any other sport to be the best. Theres no better feeling then that of a good pump, I'm never happier then that hour im in the gym everyday!

Goal (Long):
I want to maintain or gain as much muscle as possible while lowering my bodyfat. I'm a police officer and i want to be in the best possible shape that i can be in as i face the dangers and challenges of my everyday life. I would also like to compete in my first bodybuilding show sometime in 2010.

Low intensity cardio in the morning and high intensity cardio at night. Occasionally I'll skip the running and hit the punching bag, its a great workout that i got into doing during my time at the police academy.

Your transformation is awesome man.. And its actually this Saturday the 7th. My tattoo is a few things .. my chest is a piano and angel wings and it says Nana up the side, my outer bicep is a cross with my grandfathers dog tags and WW2 helmet draped over them, and the inside of my arm is an old school heart with mom banner.
