Ive always loved and admired the amazing bodies of Arnold, Lee Priest, and many others. Its the hardest sport out there and takes more dedication then any other sport to be the best. Theres no better feeling then that of a good pump, I'm never happier then that hour im in the gym everyday!

Workout Program:
Low intensity cardio in the morning and high intensity cardio at night. Occasionally I'll skip the running and hit the punching bag, its a great workout that i got into doing during my time at the police academy.

Yeah man, too much things going on with me. Moving out of my apartment, finals with college, training for Special Forces. All these conflict with my diet and training so I decided to call it quits and just post the photos of what I look like now. Plus I already know you guys will beat me.
