yeah man, that's awesome, i've always wanted to try a keto diet, i'm just scared bc of the cholesterol issues. but good for you, youre staying serious and motivated, thats awesome!

its alright, turns out i have tendonitis in the the shoulders, so i havent worked out shoulders in 6 weeks or more :[ other than that im good. hows ur training going?

yeah man, i mean you dont just have to eat a million cals to get big...if you eat 500 cal surplus a day, you will gain a pound of muscle every week, without gaining fat. I find that better than just gaining all this useless weight from drinking a million calorie shakes.

Yeah it's kinda hard without one, but you can either rest there a second to finish the last couple of reps, or you can cheat to get the weight up. I prefer resting for a second so I'm utilizing the most fibers from my biceps. Oh, and only rest like 1 min between sets.

I would take optimum casein before bed if i were you. he prolly has you taking that before bed because it has slow release protein or something. I know how it is to work with a strict budget though. But if it's the fats you need from the MM, then eating straight up oil while staying on the ON would be better in my opinion.

But for the 11 set, use your 8 rep max, along with the 9 rep set. Then for the 8 rep set use weight for your 6 rep max. I like to do lots of different stuff but try doing 3 sets of barbell curls, 3 sets of incline dumbbell curls, and 3 sets of concentration curls. Make sure you're not doing too much weight (i.e., don't lift your upper arm at all, keep it perfectly still). Watch yourself in the mirror to make sure you don't do that.

Yeah man, just make sure you're not overtraining, me and my workout partner (who has about 17 inch arms) only do 9 sets on our biceps workouts. Do them with back, and do back first. What I found works them the best is doing sets of 11, 9, 8.
