chris_krk Dude im not new to the game. monster milk taste far better. Take one scoop of jacked and one scoop of c4 pre workout cause the c4 makes the jacked taste better. Plus theres not enough creatine in the other stuff so i take a teaspoon of creatine post workout. I'm in the military and the prices at gnc are a little cheaper than average.
