Well I'm down 50 lbs so I hope I look better haha. Thanks man, And yeah proper nutrition will probably slaughter me once when I get off my keto diet.. Literally been living off of chicken wings and blue cheese dressing for 3 or 4 months man haha it is crazy..

Definitely bro! I just drink 2 shakes daily, but I always get my 4-5 meals in there. Supplements don't do it all if not accompanied by solid nutrition.

Yea he recommended me MM so I can gain some mass. At that time I was weighting about 140lbs+. And after I gained great results I just stuck with it. But your right, I'll take some of your tips into consideration as well, thanks!

Thanks for accepting the request my dude! Lol you know what's so funny I used to take ON before, and a friend of mine (who happens to be a personal trainer at an L.A. Fitness here in NY) told me to swtich to MM. What I plan to do is take both. ON post workout n MM before bed. I just a lil short on cash at the moment. But thanks for the advice!

Awesome transformation man. I'm in the exact spot you were in. How many calories were you eating during your cut? and I know you said you did 30 minutes of cardio 5x a week but what kind of cardio and did you ever change it and your calories during the cut?
