My goal is to lose weight, build muscle and live a healthier lifestyle with my wife and kids...
Goal (Long):
Ive always been comfortable with my weight, even though im a 350 pound 26 year old, ive always been moderately healthy for my size... Recently i married a beautiful women, who's probably out of my league, but for some reason she loves me, and i couldnt be happier... The decision to change my lifestyle came a little over a month ago when i was playing outside with my 2 year old son, and couldnt keep up with him at all... I was out of breath and drenched in sweat from 20 minutes of chasing a 2 year old around my back yard, not too mention the body fatigue, talk about a wake up call... ive been a bouncer for almost 7 years, in that line of work my size came in handy. But over the years ive noticed my strength diminish a lot... When i was in high school i was big, and could barbell curl 100 pounds with ease, now at 26 50 pounds is a challenge... I find myself too lazy to play with my son. I dont want to be one of those dads whose idea of playing with his son is sitting on the couch and watchin him play by himself... i want to be in good enough shape to chase him around the yard, play catch and enjoy every minute of my time with him...
So Finally to my goal, a month ago when i started working towards my goal i weighed 352 pounds with probably over 50% body fat. Now a month later i weigh 340 pounds, not a giant difference, but enough to keep me happy enough to keep fighting for my goal... i want to lose 100 pounds, and build a healthy muscular physique at the same time... so theres my story and my goal, wish me luck...
and remember- "You cant make it to heaven, by backing away from hell"
incline bench dumbbell curls... i love the stretch of the muscle fibers you get... since i started this exercise i can tell the difference in growth ive got compared to concentration curls, or hammer curls... another bicep workout i love is the cheat curl, with a pause at the 90 degree point... the burn is awesome, and the next day you can really feel it...incline bench dumbbell curls... i love the stretch of the muscle fibers you get... since i started this exercise i can tell the difference in growth ive got compared to concentration curls, or hammer ...more

What got me to where I wanted to be was by following the 12-week Body for Life program. I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in those 12 weeks & my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 also by using the same 12 week BFL program. We were both amazed at the results and you may be too. Let us know if you would like more info.
