First got into exercising while doing physical therapy for a ruptured disc in my back. Used the gym as a way to rehab my back and it has evolved into much more than that.
After a few years of inconsistently going to the gym I wanted to get bigger to get more respect and self-confidence.
It has so much more meaning now
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding allows me to take all of the negative aspects of my life and turn them into a positive. It allows me to prove everyone who doubts me wrong.
How I Stay Motivated:
Being able to consistently add weight to my lifts and make progress in my physique.
BB Accomplishments:
Deadlifting 385X6
Leg Pressing over 1000 lbs.
Just being able to make improvements in my body and have my progress get noticed by others
