Background
I was an athlete in school. Did everything from gymnastics to volleyball, but after school needed something to give me that calorie deficet. Bodybuilding here I come. I've been at it since Dec 2003 regularly though.
With hypothyroidism, it keeps my energy up and helps keep my weight under control. Not to mention, seeing your progress is a great self esteem booster. =)
