When I Started: Dec, 2003
How I Started: I was an athlete in school. Did everything from gymnastics to volleyball, but after school needed something to give me that calorie deficet. Bodybuilding here I come. I've been at it since Dec 2003 regularly though.
Why I Love It: With hypothyroidism, it keeps my energy up and helps keep my weight under control. Not to mention, seeing your progress is a great self esteem booster. =)
How I Stay Motivated: I'm a certified trainer and I have to stay motivated for my future clients.

The weight increases and I know I'm doing something right.
BB Accomplishments: Not necessarily a bodubuilding accomplishment, but I became a certified personal trainer in March 2006!

I agree that you should take some more pics. With the amount of weight you've been throwing around in the gym I'm sure your body has responded well. I would like to see for myself.
