Lifting water jugs as a teen in my garage until my parents bought me a weight set. Then I stopped for awhile and recently got back to working out July 2009.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of lifting weights and muscle failure.

I want to reach 145lb and get bigger.
Goal (Long):
I've been skinny my whole life since I was a little kid through out my high school years. Weighing in at 110lb at age 20 I realized it was quite embarrassing knowing that little kids weighed more than me. Two years later eating as much as I can and lifting weights I now weigh 135lb which was my overall goal. Now that I'm at 135lb it still doesn't feel big enough so now I want more! I'm hoping to reach 145lb if that works out I'll probably want to gain more weight after that!
