When I Started:
Jan, 2008
How I Started:
Used to work out in college at least 5 days a week and be active all the time (basketball, tennis, etc). Have just recently caught the bug for lifting again after almost a three year layoff.
Why I Love It:
I love working up a good sweat and feeling the pump after a tough set. It's a good release of extra energy and a surefire way to get a good night's rest.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking through this website, as well as the support of my friends.
Hit a longer golf ball and build a good muscle base. Deadlift 315 lb, Bench 250, & Squat 325.
Goal (Long):
The goal here is to get my waist down to a 32, while maintaining muscle mass and seeing some definition on my abs. Basically, I'd like to look good with my shirt off, without being too bulky. I'd like some nice muscle mass, but mainly would like the flexibility along with the strength so that my golf swing is more powerful this summer. Gotta build up that core for a more Tiger-esque swing.
What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
Don't really have one.

What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
I've actually always liked healthy foods. I've never been once for a lot of spices/flavoring like salt/pepper/additives.
Give me just some grilled chicken w/ vegetables and I'm happy.
So I was finally able to use the new Gold's Gym that has been delayed in opening for the past few months. The nice, new equipment was great and the cardio cinema room is pretty bad ass, albeit hard to see the buttons on the elliptical (Quick Start here I come). Once the hardwood on...
I love it because it away from the city. Don't get me wrong I like the city but there is nothing like the country and it peacefulness. My working out is getting a little bit better but my back is still tweeked.
Thank you so much Sean! I've definitely stepped it up and have been a little discouraged with the lack of progress but I'm going to keep at it. :D Have a wonderful week!
