I was in a "unhappy place" for ten years and my weight ballooned to 345! After a year of working at UPS in a hub and working out consistently, I have trimmed down to 225. I still need to harden up, but I have made some great progress

I have started a recovery workout where I still lift hard, but the volume is lower. This is necessary for my body to recover from the rock hard challenge. Looking forward to the future!
