How I Started:
my older brother was into martial arts and lifting. he always wanted me to train with him but i siad no.. one day in college in 2000 my boys all join the gym. Back then my weight was 220 5'4 i want to lose fat. I went on a cardio n strength program. Ever since then i kept the weight off. i was able to build muscle and learn how to condition my body. currently I am 5'4 150
Why I Love It:
LOVE THE DRIVE,THE GOALS I SET, IM A TRUE GO GETTA.. I ALWAYS C CHANGE IN SHAPE ITS CRAZY. and the off season hahha i like my white castle and IHOP
How I Stay Motivated:
TELLING MYSELF STAY FOCUS B/C ONE DAY YOU CAN BE ON STAGE WITH THE BIG BOYs.. LOL.. YOU MUST HAVE WILL POWER AND DRIVE FOR THIS
BB Accomplishments:
GETTING ON STAGE IN 2004 WOW I WAS SO NERVOUS.. IT WAS THE COLLEGE OF STATEN ISLAND S.U.N.Y. SHOW. SURBABAN SHOW.. I WAS 142 5'4 I TOOK 4TH PLACE IN THAT SHOW. I WOULD LIKE TO DO ANOTHER ONE THOUGH THIS YEAR. I AM REALLY PASSIONATE N FREAKING SERIOUS WHEN IT COMES TO DIETING N TRAINING.

JUST EAT CLEAN AND STAY FOCUS ON MY PRIZE. ASLO CONDITION MY BODY TO THE FULLEST. BECUASE SIZE DOES MATTER! according to dr sears 3/19/07 body fat 14% body fat wieght 21.70 lean body mass 133.30 daily protien 133.30 number of block protiens 19 this is for someone who is into heavt wieghts n heavy cardio 4x a week 40 minutes!

I've been taking this for the last 30 days. I wanted to get some advice from you guys. Should I stay on this for an additional 30 more days or just relax from it. I was taking super pump 250 awesome results from my lifts. However I stopped taking it I needed a rest from it.
