Looking good brother...I've been out for a while, getting reacquainted with life in the States after my tour in Iraq...had a great week of lifting this week, we'll see how quick I can cut off the 5 pounds my 2 months of vacation earned me back

No really -- being out here in Iraq there is no real place to do it outside unless I wanted to sprint on the road, which I don't, and treadmills aren't optimal for it -- I do intervals on the elliptical but I wouldn't call them hit, they are more sustained 150+ HR stuff

When I walk on an incline I'm at 3.6-3.8, when I jog I'm at 6.8-7.0

While I'm cutting I do 5-6 cardio sessions a week, after I lift. I used to suck it up and get up early to do fasted cardio in the morning but for the past 3 1/2 months it's been after I lift. 30 minutes a session. On the elliptical for the most part, going to start doing more running for the next month to see if that helps this plateau. That and adding 10 minutes per session.

Thanks for stopping by! I'll get to my goal eventually...it's a continuing process for sure. I journal all my stuff (the url is in my sig on my bodyspace) but basically I'm on a 40/40/20 protein/carb/fat diet, I cardio 5-6 times a week, and I am on a five day split...chest, back, arms, shoulders/calves, quads/hams. Right now I'm plateau'ing at 210-212...we'll see what needs to happen for me to bust through

Yeah man, I know how you feel -- days are just feeling LONG here, doesn't help that a changeover in leadership has made everyone's life miserable. 42 days and counting for me -- the only bright spot is that's plenty of time to lose some more fat and get really friggin' cut

Thanks bud. Yeah, I'm pleased with that pick, that's unflexed too, I am actually getting good triceps development on this cut if I flex. You're looking leaner as well...I need to get my lower belly as lean as yours and I'll be happy. Six weeks left out here...

How's the final push going bro? I started booking my rotator out of here last week...looks like I got exactly 47 days and change (not that I'm counting). New changes are working methinks...waist down to 36" in the morning, lowest I've been in like 7 years...can't wait to get back to all my civilian clothes and see what fits and what doesn't (I didn't bring sh*t out here but uniforms).

Nah, I pretty much stick to the elliptical now. When I first got here i was running every workout but I ended up straining my upper thigh due to all the impact (I still weighed 237 of course). I'll probably start throwing in some running here soon to see how it feels, I've been thinking. Maybe tonight...
