First got started in college, back in 1994. Lifted religiously through around 2003, when I fell off the wagon and got fat.
Why I Love It:
Feeling strong...feeling confident. And feeling like going to the pool.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about where I've been...and where I'm at, and where I can be. And I think of my family - my wife, my kids, and the man I myself want them to see and know.
BB Accomplishments:
Before my 4 year layoff, I was a competitive powerlifter -- personal best on bench was 365+, and topped 500 on the squat and deadlift. It's not my desire now to train for powerlifting anymore, I'm more interested in hypertrophy and general fitness (meaning I am going to keep up the cardio).

I was a 26% bodyfat here, with a 42 inch waist, weight 237 pounds. Sorry about the blacked out face, need to stay in stealth mode.
Not too much difference. I'm stronger though. But slow going. Went up to 212 for a bit, now down to 208 even. Slow going now. Feeling good though, so I'll keep going!
I've got goals out the yinyang -- 10% BF for now. Sub 10%, and being ripped, for later on. But the long term goal is being a fit, muscular man who has the stamina to take care of his body, his family, and his work -- and who sets the example for his sons and daughter to live healthily and actively.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 37 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%

Yeah, I'm pretty much the same in terms of time per session (about 30-45 min.) I usually use the treadmill and go at about a 3-4 MPH pace. How is your rate?
Yeah sounds similar to me (on a five day split. My order is different from yours and I do calves every other day along with doing abs every day inbetween calves but otherwise I'm more of the same? How do you do your cardio?
Front pics look good man. How often do you work abs? If it's not that often maybe you should up it a little because there's not much standing between you and at least a 4 pack (we are all fighting that lower ab stuff).
I read your log and I think it's definitely the way to go to get off the elliptical and onto the treadmill or bike. Change it up and keep your body guessing.
Hey I'm liking the weight loss progression. I, too, am trying to lose about forty pounds in a couple of months (roughly four/five). Looks like you'll also make your goal as well. Congratulations. Just out of curiousity how is your diet/training regimine like?
I feel you bro, I'm out in the desert as well. At 30 it's a bit harder to knock the fat off, but getting there. I'm 2 and have 6 mo to go. Keep it up, work hard, then harder.
