God keeps me motivated! My body is a temple and I like to keep it in optimal condition. The physical and mental challenge motivates me. My modus operandi is "go hard or go home". If you intend on reaping results, you have to treat working out as a lifestyle, not a seasonal apple picking activity. "There is no off season!". This is possibly one of the best lifestyles one can ever have. Living a healthy lifestyle.
