FitnessCrush Ter1- You are very welcome! Sorry to hear that you have to take time off from working out -- but it happens to all of us. Something that can help while you're out of the gym -- do isometrics of all muscle groups during the day. It will help a little. In the meantime, think positive thoughts and how hard you will work to make up for lost time once you can :) Jan 13, 2011 12:02pm

FitnessCrush I would stay off it for a while...about six weeks or more. Keep doing everything else you're doing --- it's working! Great job...proud of you girlfriend :) Jan 10, 2011 4:10pm

FitnessCrush Your diet is more important than the supplements, but if you want to take something to help dump the fat I have heard a lot of good things about OxyElite Pro. I don't normally recommend fat burners or thermogenics, but I do understand that sometimes you need the extra help. But the true key is in what you put in your body in the way of foods...plus working your butt off in the gym of course! Aug 3, 2010 2:30pm

Private Message me with what you are doing now (if anything)in the way of working out, cardio and eating. We'll get you on track! Sue Aug 3, 2010 10:24am
