im want to lose my beer gut and build muscle for my health and to look great.
Goal (Long):
all my life iv had a big gut and im sick to death of it im 22 years old im a mechanic and iv recently noticed that im short of breath and a bit weak im 115 kilos wanting to drop down at least 90 kilos i loved get a nice toned 6 pack stomach for the last 2 weeks of been working out for about 45 min 5 days a week after work at my mates house i get home have some dinner then go for a power walk with my girlfriend. lately iv been jogging and slightly inproving the length of my joggs.
hi guys and girls hows it been? im going great with my weight lose and im slowwly packing on the muscle going to experiment with some supplements soon too. yeah still sticking with the goal slightly hard at the moment because of x mas and new year but after that im staight back on it hard. so...
my new workout program, its more simpler than the 1st one i made up so here it is.
MONDAY
arms
.forearm (palms up barbell wrist curl over bench)
.biceps (dumbell alternate bicep curl)
.triceps (tricep pushdowns)
this is the only bicep training that really works for me it...
Congratulations on making great progress in your quest to get fit. You are looking super. Believe in yourself and challenge yourself to be the best that you can be. With a good nutrition plan, some form of cardio and weight lifting and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I did the Body for Life program, which is only for of 12 weeks and received amazing results. You may want to give it a look-see.. Stay strong and all the best.
I understand, one of my relatives is a fair skinned red head. People just don't get it, you have to wear a sunscreen every single day. Always.(on every inch of your body...lol, exposed that is)
