When I Started:
Sep, 1992
How I Started:
I was 14 and just moved to a new town. I became friends with a kid named Tim, who was also new to the area, so we became friends. His older brother was big into lifting and had a sick home gym in the basement. Tim and I had nothing better to do so we started lifting weights, reading ironman magazine and eating like pigs. How I Stay Motivated:
I'm competitive by nature and must always one up myself
BB Accomplishments:
won a bench press competition when I was 17, I lifted 350 lbs at a bodyweight of 170 lbs
