How I Started:
I started late last year lifting just the basics. It wasn't until a couple of months ago that I really started to see a change in my body. The change was what I was looking for.
Why I Love It:
The transformation. I know now that if I push my body, I will get the results that I want.
How I Stay Motivated:
By some of the people on here. They give great advice and the results that they get. I have goals that push me out to the garage to workout.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing really big, just the constant increase in weights keeps me going.

I want to gain some serious muscle and push my body more with every workout. And also eat healthier.
Goal (Long):
I don't want to lose any weight because the body fat I do have, I want to turn it into muscle. I've always have an average body, and I've never really been happy with it. I want to look into the mirror and know that it looks good. Recently, I have started to work other parts of my body. I am noticing changes in my back and chest now. I see it as more motivation.
