Feb, 2008
How I Started:
I have been working out off and on since high school. I have slacked off the last few years and jumped up to 285lbs. I have also lost a good bit of muscle.
Why I Love It:

Definitely check out Bodyforlife.com and see what you think. If you make fitness a priority and follow what I call the “Holy Trinity” of fitness (proper nutrition, weightlifting & cardio) there should be no reason why your results can’t be as good or hopefully, even better than mine. Feel free to give me a yell if you feel I can be of any assistance.
I lost over 50 lb’s and dropped my bodyfat from approx. 36% to 10% in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy but still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. Challenge yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort. Give me a yell if you wish.
