How I Started:
I have been working out off and on since high school. I have slacked off the last few years and jumped up to 285lbs. I have also lost a good bit of muscle.
Why I Love It:
The escape of it. When I get in the zone, I am able to forget my problems for a little while.

Looking at myself in the mirror. The more I lose the better I feel.

I am taking creatine and Amino Fuel 2000, and am thinking of adding some others to it.  Any suggestions?  I was looking at some kind of testosterone booster and NO2.  The ones I am considering are No-Xplode and Animal Stak.  I seem to plateau my lifting, especially bench around 225/250 or...

Definitely check out Bodyforlife.com and see what you think. If you make fitness a priority and follow what I call the “Holy Trinity” of fitness (proper nutrition, weightlifting & cardio) there should be no reason why your results can’t be as good or hopefully, even better than mine. I lost over 50 lb’s and dropped my bodyfat from approx. 36% to 10% in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy but still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. Challenge yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort. Give me a yell if you wish.
