hey man im back,, i took your advice and started to eat alot. i gain like 7-8 lbs so far. then my gain started to fade away for some reasons i remember i eat to the point where i want to puke out... and i really want to weight 180lbs before i turn 19 y/o. do you think its possible for me to do it wihout drugs?

yo dude, your are getting more shredded than last time!!! keep training hard dude. hey by the way i increase my food intake, i noticed a major difference in energy level and incrase in muscle size. i'm planing on to compete in bodybuiding one day. i currently weight about 152lb with 10% fat, how much more muscle do i need to compete in 18y/o cetagory? what should my bodyfat be?

hey dude, i think you should compete in any of your local bodybuilding shows. you will definitely take home the 1st prize. Alirte man, i'm going to workout today and lower my reps like you said and keep whitin 40 mintues max. thank for the tips.
