Thanks bro, I'm almost to the point I want to be. Need about 4 more weeks til I'm completely diced! Glad to hear you are seeing results. I don't really remember how teens are categorized but if it is by weight you should definitely go for bantamweight which cuts off at 145lbs. Very few teens come into shows in really good condition so I would say if you can get down to 5-6% bodyfat you would likely win.
Yeah I've been preparing for a show in 4 weeks. Need to drop a few more pounds but overall I think I'm going to do great. Keep me updated with your progress bro.
2 hours a day is wayyyyy too long even if you have to squeeze everything into 3 days a week. If you have to train two bodyparts a day I would suggest doing each bodypart for 30 minutes doing 9-12 sets per bodypart. 10-12 reps is ok but I would prefer 6-10 reps with heavy weight for putting on size. Is there no way you can go more than 3 days a week?
Train low volume (12-14 sets) with very heavy weight (as much as you can handle for about 6-10 reps). Shouldn't be in the gym longer than 45 minutes imo, 3 minutes inbetween sets. No cardio and eat A LOT. Try to avoid sweets but eat anything else you want. Pizzas are perfect when trying to put on weight. Just make sure you get in enough protein from sources like fish, steak, chicken or eggs. Worry about cutting later when you get the size you want.
