Well I started taking it seriously for football and then picked up my first Flex magazine and went beyond football workouts.
Why I Love It:
The discipline needed to push yourself beyond normal limits.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have great people around me to remind me of what I am trying to accomplish.
Take a look at KLTexas bodyspace page and then to her website. Kathy is an inspiration to many of us here on bodybuilding.com. http://www.kathylaucius.com
Plus if you look at my avatar that is when I got really fat and decided that it was time to get my arse in gear if I wanted to compete.
I keep looking at photos of Dorian and others. Someday maybe I will be able to step foot onto an Olympia stage.
If you need a great trainer check out Scott Trout. http://www.scotttrout.com. Thanks for helping in my quest to achive bbing greatness.
BB Accomplishments:
They are upcoming.

The only thing stopping you from achieving your dreams is...YOU!
I love it when people come up to me and ask if they can work in with me. Was doing legs today and this guy asked if he could work in on the squat rack. I said no problem since I normally try to take a little longer rest breaks when I do legs. I hit them pretty hard so I figured it would...

Hi Scott! Life is good! I'm actually on the opposite coast this weekend. I'm in South Carolina for a competition: Jr. USAs. Please send your prayers. Hope the family and traing are doing well. Take care my friend!

Hi Scott! I am glad they're 'over', lol. I've been happy with the grades as they're coming in. I am settling in back home after the move this weekend and catching up on sleep. How is the recovery - you are back in the gym, how is that going?
Sounds like you have a great plan! I'm hanging tight w/the workouts & diet but def will wait until '10 to compete. I need a mental break as well as time for my body to recoup & gain more mass.
So nice of you to drop by! I think right after I spoke to you last - I got a sprained ankle, and then I got salmonella food poisoning, and was violently ill - still getting over all of that. I have officially met my allotment of 3 bad things in a row now, lol. How are you doing?
That's wonderful news Scott on the healing - being back in the gym too! I know I've been back almost 3 weeks now myself. School is going well - and spring break was great with the family. Thanks for dropping by, always a pleasure
Well, I know it's a setback in your master plan but at least you have some answers...I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason so take care of yourself!
