Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Protein shake and nano vapor. I always heard that drinking a shake before you train is great for you, the nano vapor helps intensify my workouts, gives me great pumps and helps me focus.
