Worst. Shape. Ever. This is probably the worst shape I've ever been in. Photo was taken September 2008, I started training February 24, 2009. Size 44 waist, 275+ lbs. We all have to start somewhere.

I haven't been able to work upper body for 2 weeks because of a shoulder injury. I'm still leaning out, before I can start bulking muscle. This is my 6-month milestone, thanks to everyone for the encouragement and motivation!

I started training on February 24, 2009 when I had hit my all time high weight of 278 lbs and a size 44 waist. 1.5 months later, I'm down to 258 lbs and a size 40 waist. There's still A LOT of work to be done, so go easy on me. I'm working very hard at this!

Bicep shot, my left arm (facing mirror) isn't my strongest. I still have a lot of work to do all around, but I'm very encouraged. Thanks for any encouraging words.

I'm now down to 251.6 lbs! Keep in mind, I was 278 lbs just 2 months ago. I'm really working hard at this, thanks for the encouragement. I need to smile, :-)

Biceps are starting to get bigger, same with delts. Abs are taking shape. You can see where they'd go when they finally come in. LOL!

Upper body is starting to harden up. Starting to show some better definition in delts and traps. Forearms are getting stronger. Face is blurred because I had a dorky (dorkier than usual) look.

I'm liking my shoulders! I injured myself training, so haven't been working the upper body hard for a couple of weeks. But getting good definition, while everything repairs.
