Aloha Joseph. Good to hear from ya. I only did Body For Life for 12 weeks, then switched to a high-intensity 2-muscle group per day routine. Now, I'm just doing squats and lunges until my shoulder heals. You gonna post some progrss photos and stats? It's a great way to keep track and stay inspired.

Aloha Greg. Glad you're well again and recovered from the back injury. Weather is beautful in Hawaii as always. I'm still only training with squats and lunges, letting my shoulder heal. It's been 5 months since the injury and I can't train upper body until it's healed. So, squats and lunges are my friends!

Thanks for the comment. No really new updates -- I'm still training through my shoulder injury and my weight has plateaued. I'm breaking through it, though. Back has healed up and I'm squatting again. I hope to post a progress photo update in the next week or so. Keep training hard. Aloha, Scott

Good double-biceps, braddah Jeff. Impressive. Ummm... maybe need some more lats, delts, and serratus work. Delts definitely need bulking to live up to those biceps. Just sayin'. Obliques too, need 'em. Heck, it's all just getting sloppy. No off-days for you. :-P (u know i'm j/k!)

Krystle, I've found the best time to take White Flood is 2 scoops with 16 oz ice water, on the drive on my way to the gym. 1/2 hour prior to that, I take 1 scoop protein powder with 1 scoop waxy maize and 8 oz water. The waxy maize helps speed the absorbtion of any supplements you take and helps get a bigger pump on. This is what works for me. Let us know how White Flood works best for you.

Krystle, one thing you might want to be mindful of with White Flood or SuperPump250 type products (N.O.), is they can sometimes upset your stomach. I used SuperPump250 but would immediately have to "run" to the nearest bathroom. White Flood, no problems. Just start out with a min serving and work up to more.

White Flood works for me. I don't have a good training session if I miss it. 2 scoops before training, and I've got my pump on and I'm ready to eat iron plates.
