Woo hoo! I'm back to training with my back! Lower back healed up so now it's squats, squats, squats. And lunges.

Golly! I feel so awesome after doing 30 mins of stretching each morn! Shoulder is getting healed. Staying with legs, abs, and light upper.

Ahh...stretches! Just did half-hour of stretches facing the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean this morning. Must stretch, I have enough injuries!

I had such a great back and shoulders training session, I'm still AMMMMPPPED! Feel GREAT and I'm actually sitting here jamming to God music!

w00t!! I hit broke through my 219 lbs bodyweight plateau and hit 215.8 lbs today pre-workout! Continuing my HIIT cardio and abs work.

I totally dig doing this, just had to tell ya! Building a stronger healthier body isn't easy, not for everyone, but it's what drives me.

Lower back stil injured, left shoulder still injured. Both my legs and right arm are still good, so I'll just train those!!!

Back injury doesn't stop me! I still went in to the gym and did SEATED training! Seated shoulder and seated bicep training. Oh yeah!!!

I'm a damn idiot! I repped higher weight on squats too fast, now my back is tweaked! Groin, shoulder, now back injury. STOP!!!

I needed more rest, but training is MY thing. Glad I went in and killed my calves and obliques. I will be rewarded and turn heads one day.

I :heart: lunges. I really do. Barbell Lunges, I totally dig 'em. And Straight Leg Dumbbell Deadlifts and Leg Curls too.

I'm taking the day off from training to let my body recover. I'm going to the beach to catch rays and relax -- who wants to go?

My body shut down. I got 10 sets of back done, 3 sets of quads, and 10 sets of calves. Dragged the whole time. Day off tomorrow :-(

My calves and abs had to wait, because my bi's and tri's were begging to be shredded! They got destroyed good! I love 21's.
