I'm heading down to the Arnold Classic at the end of February.  Does anyone know who that is famous that is gonna be there? Last year Larry Fitzgerald of the Arizona Cardinals was there as was Matt Hasselback of the Seahawks. I've tried alot of websites but no one is saying anything....

if u still cant c em' after a while, n u have low body fat... work ur transverse abdominus alot more, and itl probly do the trick.. do planks n shit... the transverse abdominis (in a nutchell) is what the abs rest on. so if u have a weak base... the abs wont show... but if its solid.. n the abs have something solid to rest on.. they'll show

kk, whats ur ab routine now? I personally think of abs this way... you dont need a whole lot of work on them to show... for them to show u need.. obviously to have low body fat... but u dont need to do tons of weighted shit for them to show... cause everyone has them.. somewhere down there haha

hey wassup man, you messaged me a bit back, and I completely forgot to respond. You asked me what I do for my abs. I do 15 crunches cross-over crunches (15 each side) leg lifts (20) flutter kicks (30 each leg) Russian Twists (with weighted ball 20-25 reps each side) finish with planks (20-30 secs) left arm & right leg raised, and then switch over to right arm & left leg lifted off the ground. Do the whole thing twice

to be honest right now I rarely hit abs, its all about the diet....but when I am training abs I like to do a giant set of about 4 back to back exercises 3-4 times
