Doing Intermittent fasting so preworkout is really important at the moment.

Pre Workout: Option 1 (Homemade)-30mins pre workout: 200mg Caffeine Tablet, 200mg Alpha Lipoic Acid, 400IU Vit E. 15mins pre workout: 10g BCAA, 3g Creatine Monohydrate, 2g Beta Alanine, 1g Taurine, 1g L-Tyrosine, 3g Citruline Malate.

                   Option 2 (when too lazy to make above!) - 30 mins pre:200mg Alpha Lipoic Acid, 400IU Vit E. half scoop Bodybuilding Platinum Series Scream. 15mins pre: half scoop Bodybuilding Platinum Series Scream.

Intra: After lifting and before cardio - 3g Citrulline Malate, 2g Beta Alanine, 1 g Taurine

Post Workout: 25g Optimum Nutrition Whey, 5g Glutamine, 3g Creatine Monohydrate. As i am doing intermittent fasting and break my fast with this meal the insulin response is already going to be high so I have removed the hi GI carbs from my shake. 9 weeks now and no recovery/gains issues. I will have massive post workout meal that usually starts with banana and tub natural fat free yogurt within the hour.

Vitamins/Mineral 6g Fish Oil, PAGG Stack, Chromium Picolianate, Multivitamin, Probiotic, Calcium, Zinc, Magnesium, 1000mg Vit C, Glucosamine Sulphate, Co Enzyme Q10.
